Great Financial District Therapy, right in the neighborhood

For over 6 years, Tribeca Therapy has been a great option for Financial District therapy for residents and workers in Lower Manhattan. As collaborative, creative psychotherapists, we offer therapy for Financial District professionals and residents that is active, practical and humanistic. As therapists, we believe that Financial District therapy shouldn't look like uptown therapy. We have no couches in or offices--we sit up, roll up our sleeves and get straight to work.

Tribeca Therapy's Financial District therapy includes treatment for depression, intensive, practical therapy for anxiety, including therapy for managing stress and PTSD therapy and therapy for other traumas. But we look beyond diagnostic categories--rather than boxing therapy in around a specific label we understand symptoms like anxiety and depression, or experiences of trauma is part of an interrelated context.

We also understand and provide therapeutic help for living with life challenges that go beyond symptoms or the traditional categories of psychology. We offer therapy for dating, therapy for career issues that addresses job performance, career decision making, dealing with difficult coworkers. Tribeca Therapy also has a team of smart, savvy couples therapists who have worked with couples and families in the Financial District for years.

FiDi Therapy: A changing neighborhood with changing needs

The Financial District, more recently termed FiDi--in the fashion of SoHo and TriBeCa--has exploded in the time since we've been providing therapy in the area. Residents, especially young families have moved in, along with new businesses, including from industries outside of the financial space like advertising and publishing--most recently Conde Nast, which moved into Tower 1 of the World Trade Center. As the changes have happened, the Financial District's therapy needs have grown.

If you're seeking therapy in the Financial District that therapy should be more than convenient--you should expect something more than your parents' uptown therapist. We're excited to talk more about how our approach to therapy can help you thrive.
